About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth and Partnership Specialist to join our team at Thorpe Molloy McCulloch Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, sponsors, and prospects.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and targeted outreach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement partnership strategies.
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues on partnership-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field, such as marketing, fundraising, or business development.
  • Proven track record of success in securing new business partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:

Competitive salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
