General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a highly skilled Chief Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

This role requires at least 10 years of experience in sales/business development, with a strong track record of success in growing revenue and building high-value customer relationships. You will need to have a deep understanding of the U.S. Army's business development landscape, including requirements shaping and acquisition/procurement processes.

About the Job

The Chief Revenue Growth Strategist will be responsible for:

  • Developing account strategies to increase customer base and associated revenue in the Army market segment.
  • Leveraging company resources for business development assessments and capture activities.
  • Collaborating with capture and technical SMEs to pursue a unified business development strategy.
  • Building partnerships with other defense contractors and prime integrators related to the U.S. Army market segment.

Additional responsibilities include managing a pipeline of business focused on year-over-year growth, utilizing CRM tools (e.g., TechnoMile/SalesForce), SharePoint, and all Microsoft Office applications.
