Job Title: Key Account Growth SpecialistOverview:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Growth Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth and expanding customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Executing targeted strategies to grow key accounts and meet revenue targets.
  • Nurturing and building strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Overseeing the sales process from initial contact to contract agreement, ensuring client needs are met.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and effective communication with clients.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and client feedback to inform innovative service offerings.
  • Representing the company at industry events and meetings to drive business development.
  • Managing sales activity and pipeline progression, providing regular reports to senior management.
About You:

This role is suited to a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in account management and business development. Experience in the offshore energy or marine equipment sectors is advantageous.

  • Proven expertise in sales and account management, with a focus on growing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work closely with internal teams to achieve shared goals.
Salary:

£70,000 - £90,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
