Business Development Director – Scotland Opportunity

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join our client's team in Scotland. As a key member of the business, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, market research, and deal-making.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing business growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including distilleries, farmers, contractors, and other external partners.
  • Leading market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with external partners.
  • Collaborating with the senior leadership team to inform business strategy and direction.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to travel extensively throughout Scotland and occasionally to the London office.
