Sales Growth Manager

A key role at Tia, the Sales Growth Manager will drive sales volume and profits growth by exploring new business opportunities and maintaining good relationships with existing/new clients in the F&B / Catering market.
The successful candidate will handle customers' enquiries, maximize catering and pre/after sales services for the company while monitoring all sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct report to the Sales Development Manager
- Assist in achieving sales volume and profits targets' growth and development
- Explore new business opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing/new clients
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Tertiary education in Hotel and Catering Management, Marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in retail trade / food services, preferably in the FMCG industry
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proactive, self-motivated, and sales-oriented
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, and Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
Bonus Potential: Up to 20% annual bonus based on performance
