Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales and Business Developer to join our team at M-Tec Engineering Solutions Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales development from acquisition to serial production.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales development from acquisition to serial production
- Participate in the Acquisition Team to prepare commercial offers and update business plans
- Assist in preparing Business Plans and RFQs, develop customer relationships
- Monitor customer satisfaction, understand costing files, and propose pricing
- Negotiate commercial answers to customer requests, Program Business Plan, and commercial levers
- Manage piece price, tooling, and D&D impact, variable cost margin, and local economics
- Implement Sales Administration guidelines and processes, purchase orders, invoices, and terms of payment
Requirements
- Degree-level education in business, engineering, purchasing, or procurement
- 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, engineering, purchasing, or procurement
