Global Commercial Development Manager

Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Engineer to drive sales development from acquisition to serial production. The successful candidate will be part of the Acquisition Team, responsible for preparing commercial offers and updating business plans.
Responsibilities
- Prepare commercial offers and update business plans as part of the Acquisition Team
- Assist in preparing Business Plans and RFQs, develop customer relationships
- Monitor customer satisfaction, understand costing files, and propose pricing
- Negotiate commercial answers to customer requests, Program Business Plan, and commercial levers
- Manage piece price, tooling, and D&D impact, variable cost margin, and local economics
- Implement Sales Administration guidelines and processes, purchase orders, invoices, and terms of payment
Requirements
- Degree-level education in business, engineering, purchasing, or procurement
- 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, engineering, purchasing, or procurement
Estimated Salary Range
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
