Job Description:
As a Global Financial Operations Specialist at ZF Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the timely monthly reporting of the Chassis Steering Division's Product Line Profitability.
Your key responsibilities will include securing monthly data from each site in the necessary format/template, performing sensitivity checks to validate the quality of the data received, communicating with global sites to enhance understanding of monthly variances, and supporting the preparation of the monthly consolidated Global Chassis Steering Product Line Profitability report for Senior Management.
You will also support the monthly reporting process upwards to Division Finance and update current reporting practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum A-levels but ideally educated to degree level
- 2-3 years of experience in a high volume, target-driven, professional company and specifically in a finance environment
- An understanding of finance/accounting, including awareness of financial uncertainties such as accruals and provisions
- Good general IT skills, specifically expertise in Excel
- Some knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
- Strong numerical ability and proficiency in dealing with large volumes of data
- Proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills
