About the Position:
  • You will play a key role in managing project finances, ensuring that costs are controlled and budgets are met.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £55,000 - £75,000 per year, based on experience.

Main Tasks:
  • Manage project costs and prepare detailed quantity requirements.
  • Estimate costs for construction projects and monitor budgets.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to achieve best value.
  • Review and update project costs throughout the construction process.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and project management principles.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
