Financial Operations Coordinator

beBee Professionals in Solihull is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to support our construction projects.
About the Position:- You will play a key role in managing project finances, ensuring that costs are controlled and budgets are met.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £55,000 - £75,000 per year, based on experience.
Main Tasks:- Manage project costs and prepare detailed quantity requirements.
- Estimate costs for construction projects and monitor budgets.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to achieve best value.
- Review and update project costs throughout the construction process.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and project management principles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
