We are seeking a highly experienced Outbound Sales Team Lead to spearhead our Sales Development team at Oktopost Technologies. As the next SDR Manager, you will build, coach, and guide a high-performing team focused on targeting and engaging prospects who match our Ideal Customer Profile.

Your approach will be driven by data, creative problem-solving, and servant leadership to ensure the team excels in their prospecting efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Software sales as an individual contributor and 2+ years of experience in Software sales as a manager/leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Hire, coach, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives through a repeatable data-driven process.
  2. Take ownership of the SDR playbook, incorporating best practices for a personalized, account-based approach to prospecting.
  3. Deliver group and 1-1 coaching sessions across multiple sales channels.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The role is based in London, with the requirement to work 3 days a week in the office.
