- Drive business growth through outbound sales efforts, leveraging phone calls, emails, and social media platforms in both English and German.
- Negotiate and influence leads to convert them into loyal customers, utilizing strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with diverse clientele, employing excellent telephone manner and proposal writing skills in both languages.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement effective sales strategies, working towards quarterly targets and contributing to the organization's overall success.
- Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience, utilizing channels such as phone calls, email, and social media platforms.
- Fluent in both English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong focus on acquiring new business and generating leads.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where quick thinking and adaptability are essential.
- Bachelor's degree in business studies, business management, or a related field.
- Previous full-cycle sales experience (tech sales preferred).
- Knowledge of Microsoft products and services.
- Experience with CRM or outbound sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach).
Base salary: £45,000 - £47,000 per annum (*DOE)
Commission: Uncapped structure
OTE: £65,000 - £75,000
