Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to join our Promotions team at Hire Space, the UK's largest venue marketplace. As a Venue Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling marketing packages and promotional opportunities to venues, building profitable commercial relationships and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities

This is an outbound sales role requiring strategic input into outreach, including email sequences and onboarding processes. You will be a key player in the roll out of a new product for venues, shaping the sales and onboarding process. Your duties will include:

  • Prospecting and contacting London and UK venues to build commercial relationships
  • Undertaking discovery sessions with venues to generate sales leads and convert new business
  • Strategising new tactics for streamlining relationships with venues and maximising engagement with the venue community
  • Consulting with new venues, conducting onboarding sessions, and upselling relevant products and services

Working closely with the operations manager, you will optimise the acquisition processes and increase engagement with premium listings.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable outbound sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Solid experience within the events industry
  • A thirst for continuous learning and feedback

Prior experience in a similar role, especially in event technology, would be a significant advantage.
