As a Venues Onboarding Executive at Hitched, part of TKWW, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new venues onto our marketplace, offering them a free listing to showcase their business profile.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Job Description:

You will be responsible for making high volumes of calls to a list of UK wedding venues, offering them a free listing on our market-leading website, Hitched.co.uk. This includes repeated calls where necessary to reach the correct decision maker within the business.

To excel in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects and customers. You should be resilient and capable of working towards targets, highly self-motivated, and driven to succeed with a positive and proactive attitude.

About the Role:

  • Making high volumes of calls to a list of UK wedding venues
  • Offering a free listing on our market-leading website, Hitched.co.uk
  • Repeated calls to reach the correct decision maker within the business
  • Using other tools, including email & LinkedIn, to reach out to new venues
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure interested venues are connected with a sales representative
  • Managing a pipeline of venues who are qualified for a free listing and ensuring they are validated each month
  • Meeting monthly venue free listing goals and objectives
  • Keeping CRM and all databases up-to-date with relevant information

Requirements:

  • No previous experience is required, although experience in a telephone-based or telemarketing/outbound telephone-based role is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilient and capable of working towards targets
  • Highly self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience using a CRM system, such as Salesforce or Hubspot, is a plus
