Outbound Sales Manager

Oktopost Technologies is looking for an Outbound Sales Manager to lead our Sales Development team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, with a proven track record of success in managing high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Sales Development Representatives through a repeatable data-driven process.
  • Develop and maintain the SDR playbook, incorporating best practices for a personalized, account-based approach to prospecting.
  • Deliver coaching sessions across multiple sales channels.
  • Create a high-performance environment that enables SDRs to continuously improve.
  • Be responsible for individual and team KPI reporting.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in Software sales as an individual contributor.
  • 2+ years in Software sales as a manager/leader.
  • Experience building and scaling an outbound team.
  • Able to demonstrate a strong data-driven approach to work practice and performance improvement.

We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. You must be willing to work 3 days a week in the London office and be within a commutable distance.
