We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Venue Sales and Marketing to join our team at Broadwick Entertainment Limited.
Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a senior sales professional to lead our venue sales and marketing efforts, driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing effective marketing strategies.
The Director of Venue Sales and Marketing will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that support business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing effective sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience of motivating and managing a team of sales professionals.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Knowledge of the events industry and current market trends.
- Experience of working with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
