This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in new business sales, venues, and venue finding.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing proactive sales engagement strategies that drive revenue growth. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to create targeted campaigns that meet client objectives and exceed expectations. Your global perspective and ability to work on multinational bids are essential for this role.
Sales Director Responsibilities:
- Leverage your commercial acumen to develop and execute successful sales strategies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals and presentations.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, focusing on skills development, recruitment, and performance management.
- Promote our services by staying up-to-date on industry trends, particularly in venues and technology, and showcasing our unique value proposition to clients.
- Maintain a strong commercial focus on each project, delivering best-in-class solutions that balance client needs with business objectives.
- Support cross-functional teams in developing marketing campaigns, providing valuable insights to enhance our competitive edge.

- Have a proven track record of securing new business in the venue search or pro-active venue sales space.
- Are skilled at building relationships with senior-level clients and interpreting their requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
- Can implement sales strategies to support business growth, leveraging your sales process expertise from lead generation to contracting.

Requirements:
- Hybrid working arrangement, spending 2-3 days a week in our London office
