Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Lead to join our team at Fintech-Rec Group Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting outbound calls, and providing tailored solutions to our corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and conduct outbound calls to understand client requirements.
- Provide tailored solutions and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
- Manage the sales team, ensuring CRM management, call scheduling, and target achievement.
- Drive overall sales team performance and meet set targets.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in FX Corporate Sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Exceptional telephone manner and persuasive communication skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a tenacious approach to sales.
- Ability to deliver top-tier customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team performance and development.
- Integrity, compliance, and a positive attitude towards company values.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to contribute to business growth.
