Corporate Sales Professional

We're seeking an exceptional Sales Executive to spearhead our recruitment drive across multiple initiatives, including hot desks, club membership, corporate packages, and meeting rooms.
Your goal will be to achieve sales targets through proactive engagement, with the ability to construct commercially beneficial packages. You'll represent the brand at internal and external events to actively search for new business opportunities.
As one of the prime brand advocates, you'll confidently interact with prospective members and clients, introducing and pitching The Ministry at events.
You'll lead outreach and follow-up efforts, ensuring the internal CRM system is up-to-date and handle inbound enquiries to qualify and close business.
New business development is key, including self-sourcing leads while proactively marketing The Ministry's offering, utilizing social media and other business development channels.
You'll work closely with the Event Programming and Partnerships Manager to explore membership opportunities and develop a retention strategy.
Liaising with Community Managers ensures a smooth onboarding process, generates agreements, manages contractual processes, and maintains member satisfaction.
This role demands confidence, proactivity, and a passionate approach to sales, with previous experience in memberships, meeting rooms, and corporate packages a must.
You'll have autonomy to innovate and grow corporate packages, with a natural ability to get on with people, being open to feedback, and having a capacity for hard work.
