About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and successful Sales Development Team Lead to drive performance from our outbound sales development teams. Based in London, this role reports to the UK/EU SDR Director.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, hire, and onboard top performers (Account Executive, SDR leaders) for future success.
  • Manage and drive team performance, establishing best practices for prospecting.
  • Communicate weekly goals to ensure consistent results and track progress effectively.
  • Provide day-to-day coaching and professional development, including regular meetings and call coaching sessions.
  • Forecast sales accurately for the organization and executive management team.
  • Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining effective relationships with the sales team.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Sales Development Manager role, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or Sales Manager is advantageous.
  • A proven track record of running metric-driven businesses with consistent results.
  • High energy levels, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Cognism tools is required.
