Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for new-build developments.
  • Monitor and optimize the sales process to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and qualify leads.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales initiatives.
