Bloor Homes - Sales & Marketing is seeking a talented and ambitious New Home Advisor - Trainee to join our team in Eastern. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding potential homebuyers through the new home purchasing process, and achieving sales targets.

Your Role
You will be the first point of contact for potential homebuyers, guiding them through the process of purchasing their new home. This role offers the opportunity to develop a rewarding career with full training and support provided. You will be training to gain experience in maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the product and its construction, ensuring Bloor Homes' Health & Safety Policy and Personal Safety Policy is adhered to, and initiating approaches to prospects.
Benefits
As a valued member of our team, you can expect to receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous holiday entitlement, you will also receive a range of benefits, including a bonus scheme, commission structure, car maintenance payment, and enhanced family policy. We also offer a pension scheme, Microsoft Office discount, high street retail discount, wellbeing initiatives, life assurance at 6 times your basic salary, employee discounts on our homes and building materials, and employee discounts at Triumph Motorcycles Ltd.
