Sales Development Representative Team Lead

As a highly experienced Sales Development Representative Team Lead at Deliveroo, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and optimizing the sales process to deliver exceptional results. Your mission will be to develop and implement strategies that enhance our team's performance, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a sales development or sales/account executive role, as well as 2+ years of leadership experience managing a team of SDRs. Proven track record of successfully driving sales and exceeding targets is essential. Exceptional communication, training, and coaching skills are also required. Excellent knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Excel, along with good knowledge of Looker or similar data visualization tools, is expected. Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally are a must.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, generous parental leave, and a wide range of other perks.
