We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and generating leads within our dynamic sales team in London. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in introducing Admirals' innovative products and services to prospective clients, leveraging various sales techniques and tools to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify potential clients using cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches to introduce Admirals' offerings to prospective clients.
  • Support the sales team in following up with leads and maintaining an active sales pipeline.
  • Generate reports on sales activities and performance using CRM systems.
  • Build relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing basic support to introduce them to Admirals' solutions.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A strong interest in Fintech, finance, or investment services, and a desire to build a career in sales within the industry.
  • Goal-oriented with a competitive drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new sales strategies and techniques.
  • Basic understanding of financial markets, trading, or investing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
