Sales Development Representative

At Rmjb, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to kick-start their sales career in a regulated crowdfunding environment.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads through outbound calls and pitches. Our top-performing brokers will work closely with you to provide full training and support to help you achieve your targets.
Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in outbound calling sales and possess excellent phone skills. A strong motivation to earn money and a hard-working attitude will also be essential to success in this role.
We offer a competitive salary of £18,000 per annum, along with the potential to earn up to £50,000 in OTE. You will also receive weekly bonuses and monthly rewards for hitting targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Make 100 daily calls to pitch potential clients
- Send company literature to Senior Brokers to close deals
