Job OverviewThis Enterprise Sales Development Representative will be responsible for developing a robust prospect pipeline, identifying potential enterprise clients, and delivering strategic outreach through emailing, calling, and other communication channels. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a demonstrated history of consistently achieving and surpassing targets.
About the Role- Develop a robust prospect pipeline
- Identify potential enterprise clients across various regions
- Target and qualify prospects
- Conduct account mapping and extensive research
- Action marketing-generated leads
- Deliver strategic outreach through emailing, calling, and other communication channels
- Set and attend appointments
- Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to build a strategic sales approach
- Manage CRM systems
- 1-2 years of previous BDR or SDR sales experience
- Experience in Software/SaaS sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Demonstrated history of consistently achieving and surpassing targets
- Competitive base salary of 40-50k
- High/uncapped first-year OTE
