Sales Development Representative Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team in the GTA – London – Kitchener/Waterloo Region. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customer accounts within your assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be working closely with internal stakeholders to develop annual business plans for the assigned territory and accounts, including pricing, objectives, technical support, distribution optimization, new products, and receivables management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual business plans for the assigned territory and accounts, including pricing, objectives, technical support, distribution optimization, new products, and receivables management.
  • Assist with collections process as needed and within company policy.
  • Provide updated sales forecasts and monthly reporting, ensuring to update and maintain CRM system for ad hoc reporting.
