We are a rapidly growing telecoms team at Interaction in Whiteley, Fareham.


Salary and Benefits:


We offer a competitive salary of £22,100 + uncapped commission opportunities, leading to an OTE of 75k. You will also enjoy a 4-day working week with Fridays off and a range of benefits including full in-house training, company events, and your birthday off.


About the Role:


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for connecting with customers, showcasing cutting-edge products, and helping them find the best solutions for their needs.


Your Key Responsibilities:


* Cold calling and making outbound calls to potential customers
* Building strong customer relationships and delivering a continuing high level of customer service
* Meeting and/or exceeding sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis
* Creating and maintaining records of closed leads
* Demonstrating basic computer literacy including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office


About You:


To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly motivated and engaged, with a passion for technology and communication. No sales experience is required as full training will be provided.
