Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound/outbound call centre operations, ensuring seamless communication with customers and sales consultants.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase core sales KPIs, including conversion rates, upselling opportunities, repeat business, and brand adherence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales consultants, key departments, and their management teams.
  • Participate in customer call listening, providing actionable data and quality reports to call centre sales managers for consultant reviews and action plans.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in inbound/outbound travel sales call centre environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Self-motivated and self-starting with exceptional listening and analytical skills.
  • Able to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, target-driven team environment.
