**About the Company**
The Resolute Group Ltd is a growing Sub-Contractor working in the Infrastructure sector, supporting Tier 1 contractors and directly into client-side organizations. With a diverse range of projects, from £10k to £10million, and minor works frameworks, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and exceeding client expectations.
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead our Commercial function, driving business growth and revenue expansion. This strategic role requires a seasoned professional with a strong track record in commercial leadership, quantity surveying, and contract management.
You will collaborate with the Managing Director to set and agree budgets and forecasts, recruit, train, and deploy commercial staff, and maximize financial returns on projects through strategic management. With a focus on delivering exceptional results, you will oversee the business bidding and tendering teams, ensuring cohesive and effective execution of strategies.
**Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary of £100,000 - £120,000 basic, plus car or allowance, bonus, and package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development. Located in Derby, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home or travelling to other offices across the UK.
