Business Development Head

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Head to join our team in the Midlands area. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Annual Salary: £60,000.
- Bonus Potential: Uncapped, with the opportunity to earn up to £100,000+ in overtime.
- Benefits: Company car or car allowance.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies, focusing on new business acquisition and expansion.
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Travel across the UK to support team members and attend client meetings as required.
- Proven track record of business development and sales leadership, with a focus on driving growth and revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
