Chalkstring provides the cost management software that specialist contractors need to run profitable, sustainable businesses. As our new Sales Director, you'll play a key role in helping us grow our business and deliver our mission.
About the Role- Sales Growth| Drive sales growth by hitting and exceeding sales targets, owning sales conversion rates, and establishing predictable run rates.
- Pipeline Building| Build a sustainable pipeline of prospects using a mix of calls, emails, and social media channels.
- Demo Delivery| Deliver impactful software demonstrations that showcase the value of our products to potential clients.
- Contract Negotiation| Negotiate contracts to secure deals, capitalize on upsell opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- Sales Strategy| Shape the sales strategy by refining go-to-market messaging and developing scalable sales processes and systems.
We offer a competitive salary range of £90,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus share options and significant opportunities for career advancement within our dynamic organization.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly with complex technical products and ideally in construction. You'll need to be goal-oriented, analytical, and data-driven, with a passion for sales and a keen eye for detail.
