**Lead Sales Growth in Construction Industry**

Chalkstring is seeking an experienced Commercial Leadership Expert to lead our sales efforts in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in the construction industry, and will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth | Hit and exceed sales targets, own sales conversion rates by enhancing outreach and demo strategies to optimise close rates, establish predictable run rates, and exceed KPIs.
  • Develop a sustainable pipeline of prospects | Use a mix of calls, emails and social media channels to build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of prospects.
  • Deliver software demonstrations | Conduct impactful software demonstrations that showcase the value of our products to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts | Engage in strong contract negotiations to secure deals, capitalise on upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth.

About You:

  • Proven B2B SaaS sales experience | Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly with complex technical products and ideally in construction.
  • Goal-oriented | Demonstrated ability to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
  • Self-motivated | Capable of working independently.
  • Effective communication | Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills | Ability to think laterally, come up with viable solutions and adapt to change.
