About the Position:We are seeking a Business Advisor to join our team. As a Business Advisor, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting our learners as they work towards achieving their AAT level 3 and 4 qualifications.
Main Responsibilities:- Focusing on regular reviews with Accountancy Apprentices in the workplace and classroom, taking responsibility for administration related to apprentice reviews until completion of the AAT End Point Assessment.
- Providing blended academic and pastoral advice, guidance, and support, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment for our learners.
The salary for this role is approximately £30,000 per annum, based on experience, plus mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile for work-related travel.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you should have a solid background in accounts, an AAT qualification at level 4, and a genuine enthusiasm for mentoring and coaching others.
