Business Development Manager EMEA Role

Carter Murray seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our EMEA expansion strategy, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and commercial initiatives.

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to join our team in EMEA. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of developing and executing business growth strategies, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and driving commercial plans to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with experts to develop and commercialize private equity products, driving client engagement and revenue growth.
  • Manage commercial plans, support senior leaders, and create materials for client roadshows and meetings, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement effective client mailings and events, enhancing brand visibility and customer experience.
  • Apply project management skills to drive impact, multitasking, and advanced strategic analysis to inform business decisions and optimize outcomes.
  • Lead by example, building high-performing teams, fostering partnerships, and influencing senior stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Support business analysis and planning, orchestrating meetings, and ensuring alignment across regions to drive consistency and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development or operational roles, with a strong understanding of commercial drivers and market trends.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to establish guidelines and resolve diverse challenges.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills, with a structured approach to achieving goals.
  • Solid analytical skills and a logical way of thinking, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and influence with senior stakeholders, coupled with strong written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Multitasking and operating in a matrix organization, with adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

  • A competitive salary range: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
