Strategic HR Partner for EMEA Region

Guidewire, a leading company in software solutions, is seeking a skilled Senior People Business Partner to join its EMEA team. This role will serve as a trusted advisor, business consultant, coach, and change agent to the executive team, driving cross-functional initiatives that enhance talent development and culture within the organization.
- Transform business goals into comprehensive, integrated, and measurable talent strategies that focus on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and overall business performance.
- Facilitate alignment among EMEA leadership on business priorities, culture, and regional needs.
- Focus on scalability and growth through strategic planning, talent assessment, change management, and team effectiveness.
- Apply global expertise to address local nuances and enhance regional success.
- Use data-driven diagnostic tools to develop, assess, and monitor solutions that continuously improve organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align culture and performance with rewards and reward strategies.
- Design and execute innovative talent management strategies to develop world-class talent, utilizing organizational design models and action planning.
- Analyze people data and industry trends to develop proactive solutions that support business objectives.
- Partner with key business partners (Finance, Legal, COE) to leverage their support in executing HR strategy and business operations.
- Key competencies include business acumen, strategic consultation, relationship management, data judgement, talent management, agility, and consultation and presentation skills.
- Global travel and representation of regional business and people needs to HQ are required.
- Comfort with Google suite, Guidewire products, and Workday is essential.
