Strategic Partner Manager for EMEA

At NICE, we're a global company that's always pushing the boundaries of innovation. We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Strategic Partner Manager for EMEA. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the company's partner strategy for the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the Business Partner Program for EMEA, working across functional teams to identify, recruit, and enable partners to support the go-to-market plan.

Align with sales teams to drive indirect sales of NICE Actimize solutions through local reseller partners in the EMEA region, planning and executing joint marketing campaigns.

Manage strategic alliances with a select number of global partners in EMEA, building innovative new partnering models.

Requirements:

Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and selling technology solutions through partners/SI alliances for at least five years in the EMEA region.

Demonstrated success with structuring and selling proposals to solution resellers, formulating and executing Go-To-Market strategies in the EMEA region.

Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing campaigns in an indirect channel in the EMEA region.

Direct/field sales experiences in Financial Crime and Compliance solutions, with experience working with people across diverse geographies/cultures.

Ability to work through ambiguity and be focused on business objectives, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
