Strategic Partnerships Manager for EMEA

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Strategic Partnerships Manager for EMEA. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the company's partner strategy for the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the Business Partner Program for EMEA, working across functional teams to identify, recruit, and enable partners to support the go-to-market plan.

Align with sales teams to drive indirect sales of NICE Actimize solutions through local reseller partners in the EMEA region, planning and executing joint marketing campaigns.

Manage strategic alliances with a select number of global partners in EMEA, building innovative new partnering models.

Requirements:

Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and selling technology solutions through partners/SI alliances for at least five years in the EMEA region.

Direct/field sales experiences in Financial Crime and Compliance solutions, with the ability to work through ambiguity and focus on business objectives.

Excellent presentation and communication skills are required, with a willingness to travel extensively.
