We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth in the EMEA region. As a Strategic Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across targeted accounts to drive short and long-term account growth
- IDentify go-to-market strategies and opportunities, building business cases, prioritizing, and presenting findings to leadership
- Align sales team objectives with the business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, sales analysis, and resource planning
- Design and manage effective EMEA sales structure, including sales job roles, sales channel design, and sales resource deployment
- Drive EMEA sales revenue growth and manage sales and business development activities in the region
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in Business or Management-related field is a plus
- Experience working with C-level executives in large Fortune 500 companies
- Deep knowledge of server, storage, and management solutions, as well as cloud data centers and enterprise IT environments
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies
- Great analytical skills in market and industry research
