Strategic Business Growth Director for EMEA Region

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Director to lead our Business Development efforts in the EMEA region.
Role OverviewThis is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of business development strategies, marketing, and sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business growth strategies, plans, and budgets to deliver on regional targets.
- Lead and motivate the new business and client service teams, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Identify and research potential clients, understanding their market position, industry trends, and reasons for brand change.
- Become knowledgeable about client industries, including current trends and potential areas of new business opportunity.
- Proactively network with senior-level contacts at potential clients and other organizations to build relationships and stay informed about industry developments.
- Collaborate with other regional offices to identify global prospects, share intelligence, develop proposal materials, and best working practices.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Significant experience in business development, preferably in the branded environment industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Business acumen, with a deep understanding of industry trends and market conditions.
- A proven track record of delivering results-driven business growth strategies.
