Conveyancing Legal Secretary Expert

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Residential Property team at Lewis Paige in Richmond, Surrey. This is a permanent, full-time position with the option to work four days per week.
The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support to conveyancers and solicitors within the department, ensuring the smooth processing of residential property transactions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support a busy team with secretarial and administrative tasks.
- Process residential property transactions, including Land Registry procedures and property documentation.
- Dictation typing and correspondence management.
- Maintain client files and records according to legal procedures and firm policies.
- Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary in residential property and conveyancing.
- Familiarity with residential property transactions and Land Registry procedures.
- Strong dictation and typing skills.
- Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, case management systems, and other relevant software.
