We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Specialist to join our clients dynamic Human Resources team at SkyeBiz.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will assist in the development and implementation of our Group HR strategy within the Reward space, ensuring alignment with current requirements and future strategy.

Estimated Salary

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies, frameworks, tools, technologies, and best practices for all markets globally.
  • Participate in total remuneration surveys, model salary increases, collect internal and external data, and conduct analyses to develop salary structures.
  • Evaluate roles and prepare records of validity using established evaluation systems to provide a measurement tool for internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Implement and monitor remuneration policies, systems, and procedures to ensure competitive posture, adherence to company values/culture, and legal compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University Degree and GRP certification.
  • 5 years of experience in Reward with a global technology company highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with reward tools and benchmarking.
  • Proficiency in total remuneration benchmarking and analysis.
