Global Lettings Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator to support our Japan Desk. This role requires handling enquiries, managing general administration, and ensuring compliance. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations in the team, market properties correctly, and provide exceptional service to clients and customers.
This position is based between our Lettings Head Office in Richmond and our Global Head Office in Margaret Street. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English are essential.
About the Role:
- Salary: Competitive (£35,000 - £45,000 per annum)
- Location: Richmond (with regular travel to Margaret Street)
- Contract Type: Permanent/Fixed-term contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Manage general administration and ensure compliance
- Oversee day-to-day operations in the team
- Market properties correctly
- Provide exceptional service to clients and customers
Requirements:
- Advanced/Japanese language skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
