Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing legal advice and support to internal clients on technology matters, including procurement and digital solutions development
  2. Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and interpreting contracts and other legal documents
  3. Working closely with digital solution product teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement creative solutions
  4. Maintaining awareness and understanding of the latest developments in technology law and regulation
  5. Coordinating with Privacy and Information Security teams to ensure personal data and confidential information is collected, used, and secured in accordance with the law and company policy
