Human Resources Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced HR Programme Lead to join our team at Stopgap Way. As a key member of the organisation, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end HR projects and ensuring all legal requirements are met. You will work closely with legal advisors to guarantee compliance.
About the Role
This is a freelance opportunity for a 3-4 month project. The successful candidate must be available to start on a specific date and have experience in UK employment law. Excellent project management skills are also essential, as well as proven experience in managing HR programs and consultation processes.
