We are seeking a skilled Project Design Coordinator to join our team at Regional Recruitment Services.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of design proposals, ensuring they meet customer requirements and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will have experience working on regional build projects such as schools, hospitals, universities, and MOD sites.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of design proposals, taking into account budget and programme constraints.
  • Monitor responsibilities for the scheme against the project design responsibilities matrix.
  • Manage the effective workflow of the Design Team, including M&E elements and third-party novated design teams.
  • Facilitate communication between commercial and operational teams to ensure input in the design process.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Awareness of construction principles and ability to work effectively in a project team.
  • Excellent IT skills relevant to the Business Stream, with Microsoft Office being essential. CAD knowledge is desirable but not required.
  • Strong time management and structured approach to work.
