The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, developing project schedules, and managing budgets.
About the Role:
- Provide administration, coordination, data analysis on a range of exciting projects over different sectors
- Deliver reports and support document control including minute taking, creation of Agendas and preparation of team presentations
- Prepare up to date compliance documents for our clients
- Take ownership of team actions ensuring that we deliver the service our clients expect
- Aid the financial management including invoicing and assist with delivering monthly reports
- Understand the day to day running and logistics of the project team from smooth delivery of meetings to diary management
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Benefits include annual performance bonus scheme, 25 days annual leave plus 1 day to celebrate your birthday, and private healthcare through Vitality Health Membership.
