Marketing Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will provide administrative support and coordinate various marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the marketing leadership team, including maintaining calendars, arranging meetings, and booking travel.
- Coordinate marketing activities, including meetings, conferences, and events.
- Create presentations, documents, and spreadsheets using MS Office 365.
- Prepare expense reports and manage purchase orders.
- Conduct research projects and maintain office systems and data management.
Requirements:
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and adaptable with high attention to detail.
- Proven experience in providing high-level administrative support.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office 365.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
