This part-time marketing assistant role provides an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with the marketing leadership team to provide administrative support and help drive the success of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the marketing leadership team, including scheduling meetings and managing diaries.
  • Coordinating marketing events and conferences, including venue and hotel booking, travel, and catering.
  • Preparing and submitting expense reports and managing purchase orders.
  • Creating and editing content for marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations and Word documents.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum
