Administrative Support Specialist

The Advocate Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join their team.
In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Marketing Leadership Team, maintain office systems, and manage information flow.
You will be responsible for coordinating meetings and conferences, creating presentations and reports, and preparing expense claims.
The ideal candidate will have a flexible attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Marketing Leadership Team
- Maintaining and managing Marketing VP diaries
- Coordinating Marketing VP meetings and conferences
Requirements:
- Team player with strong working relationships
- Flexible attitude with high attention to detail
- Proven experience providing high-level administrative support
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office 365
Salary: £26,500 - £31,500 per annum
