We are looking for a Community Worker Specialist to provide flexible and individually tailored support packages to vulnerable individuals in our community. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop action plans to achieve their goals.

  • You should be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet the needs of our customers
  • You will be required to maintain accurate and comprehensive tenant/customer records to professional standards
